Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship all over the world.

How much is delivery?
For you convenience, International shipping costs are calculated based on a number of factors. For details, please visit our shipping page.

What is the “processing time”?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, our warehouse needs a certain time (max 2 business days) to process your order. In other words, we need time to prepare your package and deliver it to the carrier company.

Will i get tracking info?
If only you pick the FedEX Shipping option YES

Do I need to pay any duties/ taxes when the goods arrive?
As a responsible entity, we take care of paying our export duties/taxes in Turkey. Therefore, since customs and tax policies vary widely from country to country, You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. For orders shipped outside of Turkey, you should consult the customs legislation of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs, if any. Those additional charges, in case required by your country, must be borne by you.

Is customization possible with PUKKA/DANK products?
Yes any of our products can be customized with your brand or message. In general, PUKKA/DANK require a minimum order of 500 pieces to start the customization process. To learn more contact us.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Can I change my mind? How's your return/exchange policy?
If you are not entirely happy with your online purchase you may return it to us within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. To arrange a return please contact us. Do not return anything without contacting us first. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in resalable conditions. Please attach a copy of your invoice or delivery note for identification purpose. Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods. Postage or other return costs are the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
